· Is the price including GST?
Yes ,all the price are GST inclusive.
· How long is the warranty?
All the products we sell come with one year warranty unless specified, original invoice must be provided .
· Do I have to create an account before I can make a purchase?
No, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase, however we encourage you to create an account for order tracking of all orders you made.
· Do you provide Tax Invoices for GST purposes?
Yes we do. Tax invoices are sent with the order unless specified.
· What if I puchased item is out of stock?
If you purchased an item which is out of stock you can wait until the stock comes or you can cancel your order without penalty, we will contact you if you have purchased a unstocked product, or contact us if you want to cancel your order.
· After I submit an order, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.
· Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service at 09 929380. Once our warehouses have processed an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
· I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last order confirmation button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. You may wish to contact our us at 09 9293860 to make sure your order was received.

· How do I pay?
We accept payment from Visa, Master Card and direct credit into our bank account. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared.

· How much do you charge for credit card payment?
We do not charge extra fee for credit card payment.
· How safe when I'm ordering using credit card on your website?
Your ordering and personal information is protected during transmission by using the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information that you input so it can't be read in transit, you can verify the SSL by clicking the button on the left of the URL in most browsers. In addition, the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

· Can I come in and pick up the goods and pay by EFTPOS or Cash?
Pickup is available only by appointment, however we do not accept EFTPOS as we do not have this facility, Cash is fine. Please contact us by email or 09 9293860 to arrange pickup once your order is placed.
Shipping
· How much is the feight?
We offer freeshipping on any order over $80, for order below $80, we will charge a minimal fee of $6.5.
· Does JAUDIO.co.nz deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes excluding oversized item.
· When will my order arrive?
Depending on the product stock level, we aim to ship all orders placed on weekdays on the same day, it will ususally arrive the next business day, otherwise it will arrive the following day.
· Can I go to your showroom directly to purchase the products?
No, we do not have a showroom at this stage.
Return
· What is your policy on return products
All item returns MUST be in original condition with complete packaging/manuals/software. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice within 7 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return goods.
· How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?
You can login to your account, and click return this item in your order history. Alternativly, contact us by email or 09 9293860.
· Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. JAUDIO.co.nz will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. JAUDIO must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
